STORY
The Bánh Mì Co. is the corporate catering arm of Flying Woks Australia Pty Ltd — a Melbourne-based catering company specialising in bold, authentic Asian cuisine. We are not a Vietnamese bakery. We are a professional catering operation built for corporate clients who need to feed large groups — from 60 to 3,000 people — with food that actually excites them.
Barwon Health has been one of our most valued clients for over ten years. Each year we work with their team to develop a fresh, creative menu for their staff events. Last year, we introduced live on-site Bánh Mì cooking — a chef grilling and assembling fresh rolls right at the venue — and the response was extraordinary. 3,144 rolls served across seven sites in a single week. That success is what inspired us to bring this offering to the wider corporate market.
What sets our Bánh Mì apart is our own unique recipe, developed in-house over years of catering for discerning clients. Every roll is built on:

- • Vegetarian mushroom pâté — a rich, earthy spread that non-meat-eaters love

Every Bánh Mì is made on a freshly baked Vietnamese baguette — crispy outside, pillowy inside — with your choice of filling.
Slow-roasted BBQ pork with hoisin glaze, pickled daikon & carrot, cucumber, coriander, spring onion, chilli. Our signature filling — a crowd favourite every time.
Grilled lemongrass chicken thigh, pâté, pickled daikon & carrot, cucumber, coriander, chilli mayo. Dairy-free, nut-free, and halal certified (without pâté).
Crispy tofu with pickled carrot, cucumber, coriander & chilli in a Vietnamese baguette. Dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, and vegan-friendly.
All three fillings are available on a certified gluten-free baguette. Prepared separately to avoid cross-contamination. Simply specify the number of GF rolls when ordering.
